What is better for PCT - nolvadex, or clomid? I am getting prepared for PCT, and don't know which to choose.

Agree. If you use them both, you increase the chances of proper recovery
If you are beginner of steroids, you can use PCT for side effect as following:
Day1:clomid 250mg+nolvadex 60mg
following 10 days: clomid 100mg+nolvadex 40mg
following 10 days:clomid 50mg+nolvadex 20mg
see this is what i mean by forum parroting.. this guy is a scammer from china.. he came on here and parroted this crappy advice of using 2 SERM pct at high dosages, to make it look like he is smart. people read this and follow it and end up having a shitty pct, but it still gets parroted anyway.. this guy doesn't even juice or even lift, he is just a scammer
You should use both for the best results, since they work great in synergy. However, if you want the best recovery and you would like to keep most of your gains, you should not limit your PCT to just those two SERMS. I typically run both at lower doses but if I had to choose I would pick clomid over nolva.
