Clicking In Shoulder...

So for the longest time now, anytime I do bench or anything of the sort, my left shoulder, near the back, I hear a clicking noise. No pain, no uncomfort, just an clicking type sound. Should I be worried, is it just air in the joint? What could cause this and is there anything I should do?

Weird. I used to have a click as well during my baseball years. It just disappeared after a while. I guess you could just stretch it out and see if it gets rid of it.

Yeah i played baseball, basketball, and soccer. Its only the left, no pain, just kind of odd, just like a "click click" each press.

What kind of range of motion do you use on bench? At what point does the click occur, and would this occur say if you were to use just the bar?

Could be what I had. Research arthritic ac. Basically the cartillage wears away from years of heavy pressing.

It just clicks at the initial push. So at the lowest point, right at my chest, as soon as i get motion started it clicks, and clicks when I get back to start. It even clicks sometimes when i simulate the movement, without any weight.

Im right handed, so i dont know that I would have worn out my left shoulder already, at least not before my right lol

My left shoulder clicks when i move it in a backwards circle... my right doesn't and i'm right handed. There is no pain or anything so it's not a huge deal right now, just wondered what was going on.

Yeah same here, no pain. I havent taken any joint sups, because its never given me any problems, I just am not sure whats causing it. Im going to keep an eye on it like always, if any pain or swelling starts up ill get it checked, but its never caused any problems, its just there....odd.
