Clenbuterol

Hi There,
I've just purchased some Clenbutrol 0.02mg
Can you advise on how to take.
Would I start on 1 a day for say a week then move up?
If so - what to?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
I'm 6ft 3in and 18.5 stone with a big old belly I can't shift no matter how much I train.
Also I heard that Clenbuterol can slightly increase muscle mass - if true that would be great but can you advise please.
It's OK reading advise from people trying to sell stuff but the real advise from you guys is worth a great deal more
 
Personally, I think you need to get your bodyfat lower to get the most out of this since, it using as a cutting tool precontest. Higher bodyfats exceeding 15% won't experience much fat loss. A good diet will help more. But if you ignore my advice, since you already own the clen, read below.

Fron my experience, clenbuterol is best taken 2 week on then a 2 week break period, if you want to effectively lose fat.

In terms of dosages heres what did
Day1-20mcg
Day2-40mcg
Day 3-60mcg
Day 4-80mcg
Day5-100mcg
Day 6-100mcg
Day 7-120mcg
Day 8-120mcg
Day9-130mcg
Day10-130mcg
Day 11-140mcg
Day 12-140mcg

Now please note this Micrograms and NOT milligrams. Clenbuterol is very harsh on the body and is usually advised not to exceed 140mcg.
Now, amazingly I never experienced side effects on it, except a fast heart beat. But don't be suprised if you sweat or get muscles cramps.
Too prevent muscles cramps, supplement taurine and drink shit ton of water.

It is also important that when you start clen you dont start at 140mcg till you know how your body responds o clen . Some people can only take 40mcg before, they suffer way too much from clen sideeffects and have to discontinue the use of it.Also, clen is very harsh and cause heart issues at high dosages which could be 100mcg for you, so start low when dosing and only adjust slightly higher if managerable.

Lastly, regarding muscle gain....I never experience muscle gain but surprisingly I noticed my strength slightly increased
 
datruth has some great advice on this. A couple more reasons to wait to take the clen are that it raises your heart rate and blood pressure - two things that you definitely don't want when you're overweight. In any case, here's some more info on clen if you're interested.
 
I personally am very much against pre set dosage increases when using clen. I feel it leads to over dosing the compound unnecessarily.
It is very simple to see if clen is being effective - you take your temp before using. Then 6hrs after you dose clen take it again. If body temp is up 1 degree- it is working. You stay at that dose until the body temp is no longer elevated, then up it 20mcg, again taking temp to ensure it is working.
Also I prefer to use clen along with ketotifen. If you use clen alone you should run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off as the b2 receptors become unresponsive after about 10-14 days.
Your other option is to take ketotifen at 1mg/day, every night before bed. This allows you to run clen continuously. I still like to limit the run to 8 consecutive weeks. Clen is a pretty side heavy compound.
Also as has been mentioned, I would use clen to finish up with losing boy fat. In other words take things as far as you without it and then use it to assist in the final few % of bodyfat that is the toughest to lose.
