I AM 5'9 just turned 20 im in great shape but i dont look so good i tryed to loose weight or gain muscle but i cant i weight 160 pounds i was wondering if clen and winstrol cycle would help loose a little bit of fat while gaining mucle if you have any suggestion i would love read them thx
 
this is my diet i think its balaced but feel free to give me advice
MEAL #1
4 whole eggs with 1/2 cup oatmeal

MEAL #2
SHAKE: 40g Whey Protein


MEAL #3
6oz chicken (ostrich, or turkey, or lean fish like tilapia, flounder, filet of sole, or cod) with 1/4-cup (1oz) cashew nuts, or almonds, or walnuts and 1/2 cup brown rice

MEAL #4
10 oz RED MEAT with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia Nut Oil and vinegar with small yam or baked potato

MEAL #5
10 oz Salmon with baked potato and 1/2 cup of brown rice


MEAL #6
35g Whey with 1.5 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
 
Also i personally would swap the whey for casein unless its pwo. Would be interested in what others think on whey protein because i have had alot more success especially in size and strength with casein even if its during the day if my meal hasnt had quite got enough protein in it opposed to whey.
 
cut the carbs and make sure those meats and veges are fresh, not canned or processed, etc.

Weights and cardio will make all the difference in the world bro. You don't need clen or winny.
