Clenbuterol for weight loss

Hi,
excuse me for being very new and maybe a bit green, but im after some advice.
I go to the gym 3/4 tmes a wk, training consists of running on treadmill for 3 miles a time approx 30mins - 10 mins on stepper to warm up before hand, then a some sets of weights on pec dec, shoulder press ect for my upper body then finishing with some ab work.
I'm 5'1" weight 11 stone and want to get to 9 stone, have been going to the gym for a fwe months and not really seen any weight loss, but do feel a bit trimmer on my legs.
Ive been given a couple of pkts of clenbuterol from a mate to see if they will help and have started today 0.02mg after breakfast and the same after lunch.
Feel a little shaky but ok so far .
Im not sure what diet to follow while taking these, ive been doing weightwatchers which hasnt been any good so far.
Any advice greatly recieved. I really need to shift some lbs since having my kids 5 yrs ago.

where would I find that? ive always had weight probs, ive got pcos so insulin resistance is an issue, but as im not obese i dont qualiy for prescription meds like xenical.
Ive tried so many quick fix diets i dont know what I should be eating anymore, info overload i guess.
Just need to start with a clear head and good advice, I love going to the gym i feel great for it but would love results I can see aswell

Body for Life can be found at your local book store. There are also great diet plans right here on this board read the stickies at the top of the board. Pick one that you want to try and follow it along with your training for at least a month see how your doing and tweak the diet if needed after that. A lot of dieting is trial and error not everything works for everyone you need to play with it a little. Also don't look at it as diet as much as lifestyle change cause if it is just a short term diet your going to do to lose x amount of pounds your sure to gain it all back and then some after you stop the diet.
