Hi everyone, this is my first post ( I'm using my hubby's registered name...i tried to register myself, but would have had to change his profile and I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate that) anyways...i have a question and would like as many suggestions as possible....I have began using clenbuterol, 120 mcg/day(and quite shaky might I add) I have had suggestions on doing two days on, two days off, also i have been told to do two weeks on, two weeks off (some people say take 2 twice a day, some people say take 3 twice a day)....i have been doing them every day, but would like to be using them to their most benefit. I have also heard that you can use them with an ECA stack, but then again I've heard you shouldn't do this. I have been quite hungry lately as well, and miss my ECA since the begginning of this venture. Also, I do high intensity cardio every day along with circuit training...step, weights and running 3x's a week...would it be suggested not to put the two together with all of the cardio that I do, or would it be okay?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks!!
