Clen will harden you up pretty well, but if your diet isn't 100%, it won't even do that. I took Clen by itself and my diet wasn't perfect. I experienced lots of shakes and had to decrease my dose. Also, I had terrible muscle cramps and had to double up my Taurine. Once I doubled that up, the muscle cramps went away. If you do decide to run Clen, only run it for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and taper your dose the last few days. I took almost 5g of Taurine a day (the recommended is 3-5g). Then, I would run an ECA stack on the 2 weeks off. I agree with the rest of the ladies on here.....there are better products out there to burn fat. But, I have also heard from different ladies that they loved it and saw crazy results from it.....I think everyone is different and it's something you won't know unless you try it.
