Hey ladies!
Ive just started taking clen this morning andddd I'm getting some T3 this afternoon... Now I know how to do a typical clen cycle, but I'm not 100% sure how to build T3 into that!
I've got a really good high protein diet and workout 5-6 times a week 30 mins cardio, 30-40 mins resistance...
My current stats areeeeee...
Height: 5'3 (160cm)
Weight: 9stone 2 (128lbs)
Current clen cycle is gonna go something like this! (I have the Chinese 0.40mg clen tabs.
40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/80/100/100/100/100/100 (14 days) then 2 wk off then back on.
Or so I think!
So how would I take T3?
