I am new here so if anyone can help, i sure would appreciat it.

I have been told many different ways to take clen. 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, etc, 1/day to 10/day. How should I take this stuff to benefit me most? also, what the hell is T-3?

2weeks on/2 weeks off is the best dosing schedule that I have found. As far as your individual dose take there two ways to do this. One way is to take 1 pill every half hour till you can't tolerate the shakes and back off a tab. The other way is to start off at 2 tabs the first day and go up a tab each day until you find your dose. You'll know your dose when you're shaking like a dog shitting bones. T3 is a synthetic thyroid. I would recommend doing some reading on it before you venture into using it...
