Hey guys im thinking of trying some Clen for the first time and had a few questions to people who have used to cut some fat. I know it needs to be ramped up but not sure avg. doses are and how many times a day it needs to be split up.
What kind of effects come with clen use besides the shakes?
Can I just try it for 2 weeks and see where im at, at that point. Or do i need to cycle it more often then that?
