Clen help?

Hey guys im thinking of trying some Clen for the first time and had a few questions to people who have used to cut some fat. I know it needs to be ramped up but not sure avg. doses are and how many times a day it needs to be split up.

What kind of effects come with clen use besides the shakes?

Can I just try it for 2 weeks and see where im at, at that point. Or do i need to cycle it more often then that?
 
do it for 2 wks on and 2 wks off


start at 20mcg a day and ramp up to 100mcg a day and see how u react to it. i get bad shakes, heart races like crazy ......
 
What kind of weight loss should I suspect? Does it help a considerable amount like AAS does for gaining muscle and strength but instead for cutting fat? Or is clen not as powerful as im thinking (or maybe more?).
oh and are there any coming down sides? Like will I be extra tired from the come down?
 
The sides aren't werth the benefit in my opinion. I have tried taking it several different ways, ramping up, ramping down, two weeks on, two weeks off and no matter what I do the sides are just too much. Cramping is the worst for me, my feet, back, calves, it's just not for me.

I didn't notice anytyhing positive or negative in relation to muscle gains.

I had a hard time with the headaches and the heart arythmia freaked me out a bit, but those are just signs to lessen the dose. I lost a couple % bf over 3 months with the first two weeks causing the most loss. The last two week cycle was good for .5% and the sides were non existant. I did 3 two week cycles with a non-ephedrine thermo in between.
