Hi there!

First, let me say that anyone looking to give me advice from a high horse can ride off on that same said horse. I am an adult and making a decision for myself and looking for advice on that decision. Please do not waste your/my time with why I should not take Clenbuterol. I've read a ton of the negative effects and I am taking my own risks. Thank you…..

Okay, now that we have weeded out the "you shouldn't do this" peeps, lets get to the ones who have tried it.

I am female, 5'7, 135lbs, and 36years old and at 13% body fat. I need to cut it down to around 9-10% in 4 weeks. I've read that doing this for a short amount of time is safer and that you should watch your body temperature while using. All set there. My diet is good and I'm doing 40 min of HITT every other day and 45 min of steady cardio 3x a week. Being an 36 year old female, my gluteus are not cooperating. I need a boost for my next comp. Many girls use this, as rumors will go, but I like to keep my affairs private and not talk to anyone about this, except to faceless friends on here.

So, my questions are:

1)Because I'm doing this for a goal in 4 weeks, should I do the 2 day on/2 day off approach or just straight through?

2) On the two days off, should I take an OTC thermo?

3) Given my body type and goals, would starting at 10 mill and working my way up to 80 be a good dosage? Suggestions?

4) When I am at the end of my cycle, what should I do? Should I taper back down to a low dose to wean my body or just go cold turkey with a milk thistle/TLC detox?

5) Is it ok to take this during my peek week?

6) Will I gain more than I lost when I stop taking it?
 
You'll probably get limited responses given the first paragraph but since I'm the only horse in this town, I'll give you my opinion. I'm someone who has experience and probably wouldn't use clen again, which decision only comes after using it a few times. That being said, I was exactly the same when I ventured down that road so I'll answer your questions, tell you why I didn't like it and wish you well in your upcoming show.

Personally, I'd use it straight through. Clen has a long half life and the 2 on/ 2 off, imo, doesn't really do much in terms of clearing your receptors. You could do a 5 on/ 2 off if you really wanted the time off OR take a couple days where you add in some benadryl for the receptors to clear out. 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off is probably the best but given you have 4 weeks, I'd go straight. Not the popular opinion but so be it. :)

If you go 2 days on/ 2 off, I wouldn't use an OTC. Good idea to check any OTC fat burners for particularly ephedrine but any mixing of stimulants can be dangerous. If you had a non stim fat burner that might be different.

I'd look at starting with a slow ramp up so 20/20/40/40/60/60/ and hold at 80. I saw in your other post you got 50 mcg capsules so maybe 25/25/50/50 and so on. You'll have to guage the speed you increase the dose based on how you feel.

No need to taper and no need to run any PCT. Clen is a stimulant, not a steroid.

Yes, ok to take during peak week.

There isn't usually a rebound with clen. You may notice a gain just being post show and diet not being as tight but shouldn't be a rebound from stopping clen.

I'll tell you why I don't like clen, for what it's worth. I'm not going to tell you not to use it. Just things to watch for. Clen made me feel strung out. I had the shakes all the time, headaches and you just don't feel quite like yourself. Personally, I did not notice that additional weight loss that everyone promised and I bought quality clen syrup straight from a vet's office so I know it was legit. It's hard to say though because I've used it pre-show too and was dieting hard so who knows if it gave me that extra 5% loss.

One thing I would recommend that hasn't been mentioned is to get some Taurine and dose between 3-5 g's a day. The longer you use clen, the more prone to muscle cramps you are and I can't even tell you how painful it can be. Taurine and lots of water can help that. Doesn't always prevent it but can help. They can be pretty brutal.

First, THANK YOU!!! All of this is so helpful and I appreciate your input. It might all be for not. I ordered from an online seller and think I bought a dud. :( Been on two days and no changes. But this is very helpful to those who do decide to try it. So big thanks for everyone!
 
That sucks!! You should feel something even with a smaller dose. I felt something as soon as it digested lol
