I don't like clean do to the health consequences. They are finding more and more every day. I just use two cups of green tea a day. This year I am actually implementing cardio too.
I get better results with green tean than I do with clen too!
I've been on for two weeks and it gives me great stamina and helps me sweat.. I feel like I can do cardio forever but.. I havnt noticed a weight drop so I'm going to get strict on my diet cycle off for 3 weeks and when I get back on stack with var so I can shred up...
