How about diet!?

Makes me laugh for those who think a drug is gonna cut you no such thing.

Btw clen sux and can reverse of what you want and stimulate hunger in a major way. Hints weight gain.

You diet + cardio = weight loss

Diet so you dont gain fat

Cardio so you burn fat

Get it?
 
I don't like clean do to the health consequences. They are finding more and more every day. I just use two cups of green tea a day. This year I am actually implementing cardio too.
I get better results with green tean than I do with clen too!
 
I like clen myself but it can be deadly if used without care that is for sure!!

For me I go 3 wks on 3 wks off and only while I'm cycling to help with any water retention or bloat.

I want to say 40mcgs is the usual dose for women but u should build up to that
 
I've been on for two weeks and it gives me great stamina and helps me sweat.. I feel like I can do cardio forever but.. I havnt noticed a weight drop so I'm going to get strict on my diet cycle off for 3 weeks and when I get back on stack with var so I can shred up...

Mine are triangle pills, I started at a quarter of one and by the last 4 days taking 1 full pill.. Start at least half and see what you can tolerate!
