I am a female

Before we start can I get your stats hieght weight bodyfat % and what your current diet and training look like please be a specific as possilbe witht the details. What are your goals with the cycle?

when it comes to any AAS or non AAS advice. ALL typo's (common or not) should be taken with caution. i would have asked her or any other person what they know about it, and how they think/heard it could help them. at least then you know you're not giving a complete amateur advice. clen can be dangerous when you don't know what you're doing. even when given advice from clen pro's the person needs to do their own research and then go by trial and error. clen acts different for everyone.

solid bro's for asking stats!! not knocking you two at all. for a fist time poster i would have linked them to ef's clen profile.

that's why i first treated this thread as a joke. my apologizes for doing so!!

also i thought with EF's new upgrade a while back there was talk about new members had to be MEMBERS for a certain period of time (a few months) before they were allowed to ask for advice?? it's cool we all want to help people and keep them safe. i just think a grace period of profile research would make me feel more at ease when giving a stranger advice. i'd like to know that THEY know something... i could have swore i talked to rick or traz about this. guess it was a no go??

That is not how it works on the women's forum as typically we like them to post up so we can give a trial platenium so they can search.

that's awesome!!

what i mentioned early about being a member for x amount of months. i think the talk then was it was a certain post count you had to have... i think it was talked about in a thread rick or someone else started like "what do you want to see changed for the new EF upgrade." somethin like that.

keep up the good work!!
