I was kind of intrigued by this. From what I've found the best way is an oxygen based cleaner. Oxypowder and Homozon seem to have the best reviews. http://oxypowder.com/ I couldn't find the actual homozon webpage, only resellers. Seems to be a weeklong event for the oxypowder.

Psyillium Husks - I buy mine from the whole food store and its the best shit for staying regular. Buy it in powder form.

I should take it twice a day, morning and evening, but I'm pretty lax about it. You need about 1/2 tablespoon mixed with a glass of water.

Any more and you may experience some cramping due to water retention and we you need to go you'll REALLY need to go.
