Ive been on CKD since May 8 and my workouts are as follows
Sunday: 1 hour cardio first thing in AM
Evening: Chest, Biceps, Abs, Calves and Cardio
Monday: Shoulders and AM Cardio
Tuesday:Back, Triceps,Abs, Calves, PM Cardio
Wednesday : REST
Thurs: Chest, Biceps, Abs, Calves and Cardio
Fri : Legs and Cardio
Sat REST
