I wanted to post these, b/c I really had a hard time when I first started a ckd...
A few easy recipes for what I like to eat...
Deviled eggs (boiled eggs, take out yolks, mix yolks with - mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and put mixture back in halved egg whites)
Lunch Meat rollups (nothing new here, but try some buffalo chicken, rolled up in cheese slices - and dip them in blue cheese/celery optional)
Pizza (shredded monzarella, pepperonis, sausage, parmesagne cheese, small amt of tomato sauce - microwave ingredients) Ok, i know it don't have crust, but it's still good.
crabcakes ( mix 1 can of canned crab meat with 1/2 egg, diced onions, diced celery, salt, pepper, and 3 crushed saltine crackers - make into patties, pan fry with oil or butter) if cakes are too moist you can put some crushed pork rinds in them.
Stuffed Peppers ( mix ground beef some A1 steak sauce - however much you like - and place mixure into halved green peppers, cook on 400 degrees oven)
These are some of my fav's... If they are useful lmk and I'll try to think of what else I've tried that's pretty good.
I hope this helps...
but remember the greatest quote ever here at EF IMO, was "eat to live, don't live to eat".... I don't know who coined the phrase, but thumbs up to that person
