is a CKD for bodybuilders only or can it be used by other types of athletes?
I'd just like to lose a few more % bf without hindering perforamance in the gym too much
right now i feel like what im doing is working and probably wont change it but im just curious cos everyone here goes on about how good CKDs are.
My training looks like this
M-F (am Cardio HIIT/Hill runs/Fartleks once a week do weight training on AM)
(pm Kick/Thai boxing training 4 nights a week, one night a week weight training)
Sat - Rest
Sun - Heavy Sparring and pad/bagwork
I plugged in my weight (around 140lbs) into the CKD sheet and got really stupidly low calorie amounts.
right now im eating between 2300-2700 calories daily and am maintaining 140lbs
1 1596 151 60 Less Than 20 Grams
2 1512 126 94 Less Than 20 Grams
3 1428 103 125 Less Than 20 Grams
4 1680 131 126 Less Than 20 Grams
5 1512 118 113 Less Than 20 Grams
6 1428 103 125 Less Than 20 Grams
(Carb Up) 7 2184 24 109 382
