I am looking for anyone who has done ckd for an extended period of time adn what their experiences were with it?? did you find you lost to much muscle? how did it effect your training? IS there anyone who used this type of diet in conjunction with a competition????
Ive been on it for 3 weeks, having 1 carb up day weekly, following it really strictly, so far so good, however im concerned with the loosing muscle mass, I am planning on competing in figure competitions in april/may 2004. Ive done all the reading on this diet and understand how it works, but Im looking for some first hand experiences............
