So with a solid lifting split at 5 days/wk followed by 30min of cardio daily, what kind of expectations should I have with CKD? (As in fat loss lbs/wk approx?)
Going just below maintenance cals of 2800. Doing about 1 to 1.5, Protein to Fats ratio with maybe 10-20g carbs sneaking in here and there. By the way, stats are 6'-1", 210 lbs, 13% bf, 38 yrs old.
