CKD Experienced Bros Out There?

So with a solid lifting split at 5 days/wk followed by 30min of cardio daily, what kind of expectations should I have with CKD? (As in fat loss lbs/wk approx?)

Going just below maintenance cals of 2800. Doing about 1 to 1.5, Protein to Fats ratio with maybe 10-20g carbs sneaking in here and there. By the way, stats are 6'-1", 210 lbs, 13% bf, 38 yrs old.

And fyi ran up todays numbers... as of 5pm.
Fat: 139 g
Protein: 126 g
Carbs: 9 g
Total Cals: 1892
Had almost 5 servs of pretty fatty beef sausage covered in 3 slices of pepper jack for lunch and feel like horseshit still. One more post workout meal left, prolly a shake with some extra virgin oil in it. Maybe some proscuitto wrapped around mozzarella as a treat. So add basically 10% to all of those numbers.

Eeesh feel tired, but off to do back and cardio. I'd be dead without a stim.
