CKD diet , can i use l-dex to further assit?

Are you carbing up? If so, you may want to skip a weekend and go every two weeks. Your muscles will be flat as hell but you will burn serious fat. If you aren't carbing up, than you may want to. It helps to maintain training intensity, kicks you metabolism in overdrive and gives you a good break. Add RALA to your carb up and the pumps are great.

Also for low carb dieting, red meat needs to be the base of the diet. I have cut dairy products and it has helped to further lean me out. Didn't realize how much cheese I was eating until I cut it from my diet.

Liquidex will help to target estro fat and aid in dropping more water... which really shouldn't be a problem on low carb. If you are going to add it, than run it with NYC. AntiE/NYC/CKD will drop the weight from the love handles. I like Proviron, antie wise it isn't as strong as Liquidex but that shouldn't be a worry unless you are on something. It hardens you up, increases labido, frees up floating test and wont shut you down.
 
Use the labels bro. And drop the chicken breast. They tend to be very low fat. That's why people who try to limit their fat intake eat them.
 
what do i replace the chicken breast with? whopper without the bread?
 
fry 3 whole eggs with 2 oz of cheese in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. tastes good as fuck and gives you a nice fat intake. or some romaine lettuce with 1/2 can of tuna, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1oz cheese and 1 tablespoon vinegar. cook some salmon and add some mayo on top. lots of crap you can do that has more fat than protein
 
Red meat is the key to low carbs, hamburger, bacon and steaks. Dont get me wrong, you can also eat chicken, but cook it with oil so you are getting fat and eat the skin. I love fried chicken(w/o the crumbs) cooked in olive oil. Eat the tuna with oil, or just add olive oil - Starkist has tuna fillets w/olive oil which is pretty good. Flax Seed Meal is good to add to protein shakes, it's a good source of fat and fiber but the oil is higher in fat and has 0 carbs. I prefer the taste of Barleans. Bottom line fat is good and focus on the diet before adding anything.
