CKD diet , can i use l-dex to further assit?

well its been 2 or more weeks and my weight has not changed. first 3 days i dropped like 7-8 pounds of water weight i'm sure after that its been the saem if i used l-dex for 3 more weeks you think it would do anything as far leaning more the waist? not sure if i have estrogen fat around or more water etc..
l-dex .50mg eod fr 3 weeks?
 
It will only help with estragen related fat, such as around the hips, on the chest etc. If you aren't loosing after only a few weeks on a ckd you are doing something wrong. for the first month on a ckd, I can lose fat every week without counting cals. i can pig out and go over 4000 a day and still loose, so something is wrong. Make sure you're going into keto properly. How much cardio are you doing and what does your food breakdown look like?
 
well i'm prettyy much eating like 4-6 meals mostly turkey burgers, turkey hot dogs, chicken breast, protien shake, tuna and eggs and salads. keeping it under 20-25g a day. and swiss cheese and only water and once in a while diet coke. i work at nights and sleep in the day also taking mineral liquid and pyruvune<-- misspelled and fish oil, lecithin, chrom picol. and jog liek 3 times a week
 
Ummmmm.... yeah. Eating enough protien chief? You do realize keto diets are HIGH fat, MODERATE protien and very low carb. Not high protien, moderate fat, low carb.
 
well protien i would imagine is over 100g maybe 150 not really sure i don't keep a log of what i eat so if i have less than how much protien it won' work in losing fat?

Right. You need to keep a long. At the very least know how many grams of carbs, and what your rough ratio of fat to protien grams is. For example, in a given meal if you eat 30 grams of protien and 22 grams of fat, you didn't get enough fat. You need to maintain a minimum intake of one gram of fat for every gram of protien you eat at each meal. Chicken breast? Protien shakes? Low fat/high protien. Not going to work. How lean are the turkey dogs? You've got to take these things into account. When I say I didn't count calories, it was because I knew my rough fat to protien ratio was like 1.5-2:1 grams at each meal. So at the very least I was in deep ketosis. Anyway, you might want to go over to the diet board.
 
damn dude how is one to know how lean the meat really is? how can i tell? so to stay in ketosis i should be taking R-ala even though the carbs ar elow alreasy tomake sure i'm in keto state?
 
turkey sausage has 11g of fat and 9g of pro per 2 links.
turkey burger has 9g fat and 21g of pro
shake has 20g pro and 2g of fat
swiss cheese has 8g of pro and 9 g of fat
turkey dogs is lost label
chickn breast no idea
tuna about the same as turkey burger
salad no fat prett much
