I started the CKD diet and was wondering if taking a low dose of clen maybe .04mcg would be beneficial on the carb up days.
I was thinking of taking .04mcg on friday after the gym with post workout shake and then take another dose of clen saturday morning. The carb up starts after Friday's workout and ends Satuday night at midnight. Clen would then be discontinued until the next friday.
Any benefits to this? Would it allow me to eat more carbs?
