CKD Diet and Clen on carb up days?

BritishDragon

New member
I started the CKD diet and was wondering if taking a low dose of clen maybe .04mcg would be beneficial on the carb up days.

I was thinking of taking .04mcg on friday after the gym with post workout shake and then take another dose of clen saturday morning. The carb up ends Satuday night. Clen would then be discontinued until the next friday.

Any benefits to this?

Thanks
BD

usually beta agonists and stimulants interfere with carbing-up.
i'd use it on your no card days but then not use it the days you want to carb up.

on carb up days use ALA,Chromium and Creatine to help with carb up process.

Not sure where you got beta agonists have an effect on carbing up, if anything after running low carb for a week or two the carb up will only help to boost CNS. I turn into a sweating, eating machine when carbing up w/clen... it is almost disgusting. But Caffeine has shown to reduce insulin sensitivity, which isn't good when carbing up so you may want to avoid it.

I think clen/eca should be good and may help with the sluggish feeling you may get. Not sure about just taking clen on carbup only, it takes me a couple of days to just get past the sides. Definitely look into some ALA or Glucorell.

So should I avoid caffeine on the carb-up days?
Right now I only take caffeine pre-workout on the no-carb days.
I don't crave caffeine, so is it better to avoid it as best as possible on carb-up days for better insulin sensitivity?

I used to drink coffee when carbing to help with the sluggish feeling, but it would only make me more tired? It wasn't until I read some stuff on here that I realized why. So now I avoid coffee/caffeine on recarb days, and just leave it for lowcarb days. There are a lot of posts on this subject on the diet board.

Not sure about taking clen only on weekends, unless you are already used to it. It normally takes me a couple of days to get past the headaches. Pure Ephedrine HCL(w/o Guf) may be better, nothing like a good Ephbuzz mixed with the carb up and throw in some RALA and you'll feel swole!
