johnboy,

Is it priapism or is it normal?

Does it cause different feeling compare to viagra?

Which one is stronger?

heres my opinion....Viagra=bad headache..........cialis=bad dickache,stayed hard for 3 days......RADAR

I got hooked up by a moderator on here so I dont think they would be fake, unless there are other blue triangles with a stamp on them. I am taking a norepinephrine and sertonin reputake inhibitor. I will just feed on to my dog and see if he gets stuck in his favorite hole in the fence.

It works great....but I noticed if I get good nights rest it works a hell of a lot better.....I stocked up on the shit....I like it that much!

Unfortunatly not everyone responds to it, you guys may just be some of the unlucky ones. The norepinephrine may also have an effect as well since it functions as a peripheral vasoconstrictor (alpha-adrenergic action) and as an inotropic stimulator of the heart and dilator of coronary arteries (beta-adrenergic action).

ozymandius, are you taking anything that may be affecting it? Even thermogenics can wreak havoc on your cirsulatory system and interfere with it.

Additionally if you fear you stuff isnt real, share it with a friend and see if they respond.

I don't get a rock hard-on immediately. I notice that when i do get hard, it is alot harder, especially the next day. But I don't get an automatic hard-on and keep it forever. I have to get horny first, then it is rock-hard.

Viagra gives you a boner no matter what, you fuck, cum, and then it's hard again immediately. Cialis for me is not the same way. And I don't think it increases sex drive either as someone suggested. That's not what it's designed for.

I would say the accuprill and NYC(and or clen) are all having an effect on cialis's ability to do its job. Any medication that effects blood preasure, hypertension, vasodialtion etc etc etc may have a negative impact on sexual function.

Didn't work on me till the next day, but then it was like wood every 10 minutes. Next time I will try 2. My lower back also hurt after I took it. Could have been the kidneys.

im pretty sure mine is fake, what is the chances of it not working within between 3 people, maybe i will try another source.
Are you saying you shared your swith three people and it didnt work for any of them or are you referring to the couple other instances reported in this thread?

Here is a brief excerpt from a recent study. Please not that only 80-90% of the people who used it reported a benefit. If you are not responding to it you very well could be in that 10-20 percent range or taking other meds that may interfere with it. For anyone wishing to use them, I highly recommend you simply buy a small qty to try out.

Men with mild-to-severe erectile dysfunction (ED) may benefit from Cialis(TM) (IC351), an investigational oral treatment for ED, according to a study published in the latest issue of International Journal of Impotence Research. This first-time publication of detailed Phase II data in a peer-reviewed journal shows that on-demand treatment with Cialis, an advanced phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, improved erections in 81 percent of men (relative to placebo: 17 percent), regardless of severity. Cialis is currently in global Phase III studies.

"Cialis is a potent and highly selective PDE5 inhibitor that both increased sexual function and was well-tolerated in a broad range of men with ED," said Harin Padma-Nathan, M.D., clinical professor of urology at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and lead investigator on the study. "Based on these data, Cialis has the potential to become a new treatment option for ED."

In the trial, up to 80 percent of patients with severe ED and up to 90 percent of patients with moderate ED reported significant improvement in their ability to attain and maintain an erection. Additionally, Cialis increased the percentage of successful and satisfying intercourse attempts for both men and their partners. "One of the most encouraging signs was that, as evidenced by the IIEF score, a substantial number of men who took Cialis were returned to normal sexual function," said Padma-Nathan.

Cialis Increased Erectile Function in On-Demand Study

In this study, 179 men (mean age: 56 years) with mild-to-severe ED were randomized to receive placebo or Cialis at doses up to 25 mg taken on-demand over a three-week period. The men in the trial agreed to attempt at least four sexual encounters during the treatment period.

Several measures were used to assess Cialis in a natural setting. Researchers compared baseline scores from the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) questionnaire (an important outcome measure reflecting overall erectile function), sexual encounter profile diaries of ED sufferers and their partners, and a global assessment question about treatment effect on erections.

The data showed that both the men in the Cialis group and their partners reported a significant increase in the number of satisfying intercourse attempts compared with the placebo group. In addition, a significant number of men taking Cialis reported an increase in the number of successful intercourse attempts compared with pretreatment. Men treated with Cialis were also able to achieve penetration and maintain erections significantly more often than those on placebo. Cialis also significantly increased the IIEF erectile function domain score compared with placebo.

In this trial, the only three treatment-related adverse events reported by more than 3 percent of men were headache, back pain and dyspepsia. These effects were generally mild to moderate and tended to decrease with time. Only two men discontinued treatment due to adverse events. No alterations of color vision were reported. Additionally, no clinically significant changes were observed in clinical laboratory values, ECGs (electrocardiogram) or blood pressure at any of the doses studied in this trial.

Here is another showing some different numbers, but the moral of the story is still the same, It does not work for everyone. So, once again if your thinking of trying it just order a few to take for a test drive. If your dealing with a source that has a minimum order I highly suggest you convince him/her to make an exception since you want to make sure it works before dumping a lot of $$$$ on a years supply.

IC351 (tadalafil, trade name Cialis) is a new representative compound of the second generation of selective phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. The selectivity ratio vs PDE-5 is more than 10 000 for PDE-1 through PDE-4 and PDE-7 through PDE-10 and 780 for PDE-6. In the European daily-dosing trial, the efficacy rates were up to 93% for successful intercourses with completion in the 50-mg dose in patients with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED). In two different dose-ranging studies with 2-25 mg taken as needed, efficacy rates of up to 88% improvement in erections and up to 73% successful intercourses with completion were achieved. In a placebo-controlled, fixed-dose (10- and 20-mg) trial in diabetic patients, improved erections of 56% and 64% were reported compared with 25% after placebo. Drug-related adverse effects, with headache in up to 23% of patients (placebo, up to 17%), dyspepsia in up to 11% (placebo, up to 7%), back pain in up to 4.7% (placebo, 0%), and myalgia in up to 4.1% (placebo, up to 2.4%), were mostly mild to moderate. Neither drug-related serious cardiovascular adverse events nor color vision disturbances were encountered. The long half-life (>17 h), with a comfortably long window of opportunity, releases couples from the need to plan sexual activities and therefore provides the highest amount of spontaneity for sexual activities.

hehe, did they actually get laid or did they just pop them to see what happens? They dont give you a raging hardon that wont go down, which in a way is nice, you can pop one before a night on the town and not have to worry about spontaneously raising the flag while out in public.

I took one last night which I beleive to be from the same place. Little lady was feeling under the weather so didnt get to try it out as far as sex goes. However, I suaually get very stuffy on both viagra and cialis, much more so on viagra and within an hour of taking it my head was stuffed up. They both also seem to act like a mild stimulant and make it hard for me to sleep and I also couldnt get to sleep last night. Normally sleep like a baby, specially while on GH. And lastly I woke up with a pounding headache which I also suffer from both C and V. All of which leads me to beleive the stuff is legit......well, that and the dozens of other guys here who arent having problems with it.

I find it very irregular. Might have an effect one time -- none the next. Or it might not "show up" until the following day. It ain't what it's cracked up to be.

I've found that it works best for me if I take one about 2 hours prior to having sex. Also taking them on an empty stomach has proven to be much more effective in the shortrun. However once that shit kicks in it stays with you for 2-3 days.

Non-responders ?

Personally I can feel a difference from as little as a third of a blue triangle ( I get to eat all the broken bits from the bottom of the bag ) but my training partner claims he gets nothing from 2 whole tabs.

IMHO if you don't get sides from Via it's a superior product for most people's sexual enhancment needs. The duration of effect of Cia can be much longer than needed.

btw there's an international source giving away samples of both for free at the moment.
