No it doesnt.
It will enhance erection. Allow for a stronger erection, longer performance, more endurance by increase blood flow.

I use Cialis for PWO and I don't get a boner unless I want to so you need not worry. You might get a random boner here and there if your mind wonders off into porno land but it won't last forever. I get more random boners on Tren than I do on Cialis.

it certainly wont have you like that for days man... not to worry there unless perhaps you go extremely overboard and then there could be possible issues but you would have to consult a physician for something like that but dosing it properly, no, that wont be an issue

The first time I took Caber and Cialis together I did have a boner that lasted a really long time and I couldn't go to the gym that day. I was really afraid I was going to have to go to emergency room. True fucking story!
