Just count it as your cheat meal and carry on with your diet and training and try to forget about it it
just dont do it everyday and you'll be fine
most weight u feel like uve gained after a binge/cheat day is just that, water weight. Just sweat it out with cardio and u'll be back to normal in no time
just eat some penut butter i throw it in the freezer like an hour before i want it....mmmmmmmmmmmmm so good, not hard, but its a little thicker then when its in the fridge.
