sometimes i wonder if its really worth it ...... i usually say this after i eat
 
make protien pancakes and add choc chips to it. Just a few and or add some whey chocolate to the mix and it still reasonably healthy

Just count it as your cheat meal and carry on with your diet and training and try to forget about it it :)
just dont do it everyday and you'll be fine :)
 
most weight u feel like uve gained after a binge/cheat day is just that, water weight. Just sweat it out with cardio and u'll be back to normal in no time :)
