Chinese sauces good for gut?

I ran that Chinese sauces that they use in restaurants are supposed to be very good for your gut health. Because in Asia they take gut health a lot more serious than we do in America. Is sweet and sour sauce going to be the best option if I want to add it to my meals to Aid digestion or not

I dont think those sauces are good for your gut they have a ton of MSG and chemicals, I would stay away from them

the ingredient to look for is ginger and you can literally suck on a ginger root to get that

chinese sauces are full of garbage in them. maybe if it was authentic yes, but not the store bought or restaurant sauces
