Chicken breasts are a staple of most fitness peoples diets, but they can start to be pretty bland after awhile. Just want some ideas of some of your favorite recipes to liven things up a bit.

Mine looks a little like this:

Marinate chicken breast in mesquite marinade for a few hours
Season with garlic and onion powder
Slow cook or Grill until perfectly cooked.
 
Crock pot a few breast add low sodium chicken broth to the height of the highest chicken cook on high for 4 hours then pour out the broth and stir the chicken and it will fall apart in slices eat like that or add a bunch of BBQ sauce and have pulled chicken
 
Honestly, I don't eat chicken breast anymore - not enough fat. I don't like living purely from flax. Rather, I get a nice fatty steak for my Anabolic/CKD Run. ;)
 
Garlic powder and red pepper flakes - done. Never get tired of it - chop up and mix in a bunch of veggies for a microwavable meal @ work.

Wolf pack - you can get plenty of fat from other things.....mmm bacon? :) Throw a couple strips in with them chick/veggies...orgasm follows shortly....

i cook 3-4 breasts in a pressure cooker, will cook from frozen in less than 30 minutes. Drain, put in a bowl and shred. Add a jar of herdez green salsa...
i eat this at least once a week.
 
Marinate in terriaki , BBQ or both and throw it on the foreman... About 11/2 pounds at a time .... All natty chicken breast
