Today was my chest workout. I did flat bench, Incline HS, Wide Chest HS and Peck-Deck Flye.
Flat Bench:
bar x 50 reps
135 x 20 reps
225 x 15 reps
275 x 15 reps
365 x 12 reps
500 x 1 rep 3 second pause rep
Incline HS
10 plates x 8 reps 3 sets
Wide Chest HS
10 plates x 10 reps 2 sets
Peck-Deck
whole stack x 15reps 2 sets
