Wow you guys are low volume. I get in at least 12-16 sets for chest, and my chest is pretty good.
Workout A
Flat Bench 10, 10, 8
Incline Dumbells 10, 10, 10 heavier weight each time
Incline Hammer Strength 10, 10, 8 (heavy negatives on last set, friend leans on handles hard)
Dips with weight stack belt (40lbs) 15, 15, 10(70lbs)
Cable Crossovers 10, 10, 12
Workout B
Incline Bench 8, 10, 12
Flat Dumbells 8, 10, 12
Pec Deck 12, 12, 15
Dips 15, 15, 15, supersetted with Cable crossovers 10, 10, 10
Hit chest every 6 days, with triceps done 2 days after chest. BTW, bench went from 185 to 300 in one yr naturally.
