Yes, Ibuprofen or Naproxen(Motrin in the US)

Yes, it should go down within a couple of days. If not, watch for infection and go to a doctor if needed.

Ibuprofen (Advil) works well.

Did you forget to take your Midol this morning Andy? *How the Hell would we know* Well, fuck... silly me, I just thought there may be a bunch of people who had been all swollen in the chest and experienced it going away in a few days. Thanks X.

hey man, my lifting partner had the same problem, but his also hurt like hell and was warm to touch, but it was only the Prop in his gear. are you using any prop now?? if so it should go away in 5-6 days. good luck.

I recently had an experience with a bicep injection/infection that landed me in the hospital. The problem is that if it is an infectionand it goes systemic, you can get very sick in a hurry(that's like dead sick). These docs were not fooling around and slammed me in bed with massive iv antibiotics when I was feeling fine. So I guess my advice is, if it is swollen and red, warm to the touch, it could very well be an infection and needs to be taken seriously, ie go to the doc. This is the reason that I no longer do biceps and chest, just too risky imo.

thx guys

Thanks, but, It's not warm... and it doesn't seem infected... like pain or anything, It just looks it's swollen... kinda like it has fluid(like the kind you get w/a sprained ankle... but, w/o the pain) It's more embarrassing than anything . No, it's not prop... it's Fina... Thanks for the responses guys.
