Chest Development

I have a concern, I recently noticed that my left Pec seems to be getting bigger then my Right Pec. I have the same strength in each side so I am confused, on what to do. Please help
Different exercises, alternate form etc. Thanks

concentrate on chest more and build up both sides. when both sides grow, the difference in size between the left and the right will appear mininal.

Try benching with a barbell instead of dumbells for a few weeks.

Yeah, shouldn't it be the opposite? When you use a barbell isn't it easier for the strong side to "carry" the weak side? With dumbells each side has to do the same amount of work.

Very good point there ttlpkg. It's like doing barbell curls--- It may seem that it's working both of my biceps, however my right bicep is so much stronger than my left when i do dumbbell curls--- Stick with dumbbells and dont do more reps with your stronger side until the weak one catches up bro.
