Well my incline bench is sucking right now, (I made a big mistake needsize, i started off way to heavy, now im stuck.)..... but other than that workout went well. i am pleased with my back and chest size and strength, im just trying to still blast them though.

Incline Bench Press:
220x5x3 sets.( need help on last rep of last set, oh well.)
Decline DB Fly:
35x10x3 sets.
Decline DB Press:
80x15x2.

Wide Grip Deadlifts(index finger on the ring)
315x5x3.
db rows
65x10x3
wide grip pulldowns to the back
150x15x2.

a good workout, but now that im dieting its harder for me to cut my rest times down. when i was full of food and empty calories, i never had a shortage of energy. But i have only been dieting for 2 weeks, so i will get use to it soon, it just sucks right now.

anything like that ever happen to anyone else?

bro, yup sure have. I found that dieting... isn't all that great, especially when you're trying to increase weight per week-- I'm not doing anything fancy to my food intake.

Keep it clean, simple, and plentiful. That's all to it. I always take in about (.4xbodyweight in simple + complex carbs in post workout meal) Helps aid recovery faster.

try out www.fitday.com to find out your total calorie intake between protien/carb. If you're getting tired quickly, bump up the carbs, wont hurt a damn thing.

looks pretty solid, do you go from one chest excercise to a back excercise;cause I find this to be beneficial to strength levels as it allows time for youe muscle to recoup a little more and also to focus. Try to eat a few complex carbs about 1.5-2 hours before the gym, not much but maybe 30-50 grams it will help the energy levels.....

Looking solid man...how do you like the wide grip deads?

do you take in 4 times your bodyweight in carbs even when dieting?....... thats just a little much, for me thats over 1000 calories which equals 4000 calories....... that would be way too much for me i belive. i have trouble taking that much in offseason.

lord suston:
yeah i do the same thing. i do a chest exercise, and the a back. i love this feels like im completely fresh for the second chest or back exercise.

B:
good to hear from ya buddy, i really am loving the wide grip deads. i never even consider trying them before but i changed my mind. need size does deadlifts on his back day, so do you, so i figured what the heck, deads suck but i will do them anyways because i want a big muscular back. i read a post with you and spatts saying to try them so i did. the angle of your arms at the beginning of the movement makes it feel like a static lift for the lats. and at the top, the pull on the traps and mid back is incredible...... so im doing well with these and will stick with them for a while....... but i am having to use straps though unfortunatly.

so be looking for me to beat your 702lb record sometime soon. good luck in boston btw.:mix:
