Stryc-9 New member Jun 11, 2003 #2 Cherries are 22 on the GI Pretty decent source of: fibre, vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, iron, and calcium. Some fat though - which many people are surprised to learn (not much...around 1g of unsaturated fat per cup of cherries).
