Not really though...I just felt like shit last night, when I couldn't fit into my shorts. It was embarrassing.
Here's my deal. About to start week 8 of my 10 wker (500mg/wk sust), am trying to lean out. Ive been on 0.5mg/ldex/EOD, and have zero bloat. I'm up 25lbs right now...but I've also gone from 9% to about 12or13%BF. I'm going to lower calories to right around 2250-2500 and continue through post cycle recovery. I'm also planning on running some clen and creatine after week 10 (2 weeks on 2 off etc).
What I'm trying to accomplish:
** lean out. Rid my body of the fat. I know there is at least 15lbs of lean muscle gains from the cycle. I just want to rid the fat in time to enjoy the last part of the summer.
Why I think this will work:
** the test will hold the muscle gains while still on cycle, the clen will hold the muscle once cycle is over and test levels begin to deplete. The cal adjustment will cut down the bodyfat.
Will this work?
Are there any important concepts that I am not understanding?
Thoughts critiques etc...
