the only solution for me is to cram a lot of carbs and a lot of prote, as soon as i'm done cutting, of course

I disagree. 2x BW or more protein will significantly speed up your gains IMO. DC would probably have some fun with this :)

Personally I NEED a large amount of protein in my diet or I just simply do not recover as quickly from my workouts. And this is regardless of whether my carb intake is low or insanely high. By large amount I mean I never get less than 400 grams a day at a bodyweight of around 235-240. But I know that everyone is different though and it's very likely that not everyone needs that much.. But I do....

Oh god yeah, I get thirsty very quickly :) I like it though, because before, even though I knew I needed to get a lot of water each day, my lack of thirst most of the time probably hindered me from achieving this goal.

about 200-300g of protein a day and about 100-15o g of carbs 1.5-2.0hours before a workout and another 150-250g of carbs throughout the day if i am trying to cut with most fat coming from flax oil and peanut butter. When bulking anything goes, hit up the buffet 2x a day and then eat all day long untill you feel sick, remeber the stomach is elastic;)

i'm always thirsty at night when i'm sleeping. fucck it annoys the hell out of me. no matter how much water i drink during the day the moment i hit the sack i start to get thirsty. so i usually leave a big glass of water on the desk near my bed so i can get up adn take a sip when i get thirsty. problem is, every sip i take at night means a trip to the bathroom :bawling:

I eat a lot of protein, but nothing pumps up my muscles more than carbs!!

i went 9 days keto until my first carb-up today. a load of carbs and some ALA really makes a guy feel great after not having that for a while

I take in an average of 55-60 grams a protein per meal. I have no problems with digesting that much.

But, I have worked up that amount over time.

I also take in 250-300 grams of carbs a day.
