Protein is over-rated!!! Your body can only digest so much!! Personally, I think carbohydrates are the most important.
i agree with that, your body can only digest about 20-30g of protein.
carbs are the best, they give ur muscles glycogen for fuel..
i remember one time i didnt eat enough carbs before my chest day, and 225 felt like 500. i barely got 315..
so now i eat 60g of carbs one hr before i work out along with 25g of protien.
and a little more of each for my post workout meal.
i dont count fats. cuz the only fat i get is form yolks oils and beef.
and the good fats ur body needs...
