My stats are 6'2" 230 11% bf


0600 post work out
50 grms dex
44grms pro
1 ts glutimine
1 ts creatine

0800 breakfast

4 eggs
4 slices turkey bacon
1 packet plain oatmeal
2cups skim milk


1000 protien shake
44 pro
35 carbs



130 lunch

1 6" turkey sub with 10 slices turkey and 4 slices turkey bacon
lettuce and tomato on wheat


400 1 met rx


630 supper

8 ozs either red meat or chicken breast
1 8 oz sweet potato
fresh green beans



900 protien shake with natty peanutbutter
 
normally when i bulk i take in around 4500 to 5k cals that diet is around 3600 its a diet i stay on most of the time.
 
whats up with the turkey bacon?

no enough fiber if you ask me

to much sodium and bad carbs too

my thoughts? Lose the packet oatmeal and get some steel cut, lose the turkey bacon and toss in a scoop of whey into your oats......lose the sub, add a yam and some flax on your salad.....use at least 2tbs of anpb in your last shake...........get some better sources of protein.....eggs, chicken, steak, etc......no processed garbage........
 
what do you mean about get a better source of protien, the diet is whey, eggs, lean red meat and chicken. please explain?
 
your dinner is fine, I would ditch the processed turkey in place of some HIGHER quality proteins............eggs, red meat, tuna, etc....possibly mor carbs and efas as well..........
 
your breakfast looks like crap, Too many bad fats. Try using more egg whites with a max of 2 yellows. Try some canadian bacon instead of the junk turkey bacon. Your 10:00 shake is not going to last you untill 1:30. Shakes only last for and hour and a half at most. No meal before your workout? I would at least add a protein shake and Maybee some carbs too. Add EFAs wherever you can. Flax seed oil is good, or you can just munch on some nuts.
