Now I do crossfit for 1 year and love it. Do some competition and finish first or second always but thats was amateur.

Snatch:235lbs
Clean:285lbs
Jerk:285
Overhead Squat:275lbs
Bench:315lbs
Deadlift:385lbs
You see I have some bad lifts
I do some peptides 2years ago

Get some nice results:body recomp, recovery and the sleep wowwww
Stop cause of money did it for like 2month +
Now want to do
