Cheating on a clean bulk

I keep my diet pretty darn clean on a bulk to avoid blimping out. I do allocate one cheat meal a week though.

if you have a food addiction you will never get away from junk food by cheating

it would be like saying 'oh i'm gonna cheat on my wife just once a week'.. you either do it or you don't. and once you get into the habit of doing it, you will keep doing it.
