Cheat Day Question!

Yesterday was a refeed / cheat day for me. I did well over 600 grams of carbs complex and simple. A lot of simple. I know I did well over 300 grams of fat. Saturated and Mono etc. I went overboard. Especially with eating a shytload of oreos almost the whole pack. 2 slices of cheescake, 5 slices of pizza, and one pint of ice cream. Yup I totally overdid it.What effects could this have? Protien matched my body wieght if not more. It was a splurge day where I basically just said f... it! Today I am back on track though. I am cutting by the way. I am 5'4 166. Also I am pretty solid. Possibly 10 pounds of fat if not less. I have been told I am really low because I have a lot of vascularity.

I did not retain water at least I do not think. Well before it I could see the veins in my arms really good. I can see them now but not like before. I have ran for 2 days now for 60 minutes. I did not plan it to be that long but I took a different route on my jog.

I think "days of crap" as I call them are almost necessary every once and a while. One day probably won't kill you although for me, I end up retaining more water than the hoover dam ;).

Mine was HORRIDE yesterday:
1 Box of cheez-its in the morning
Shogun for dinner complete with rice, noodles, steak and chicken and sushi
And my midnight snack was, here's the worst of them all, 2 Big Macs and a Super Size fry.

I'm SHOCKED I didn't keel over in my sleep last night ;).

Oh well, now its back to the old habits.

lol...i normally have one every two weeks but I did go overboard. At least I think so.

whats past is past, its not going to kill you that badly just concentrate what you can do to prevent it from happening again

All I know is that I kicked my workout's @$$ about 20 minutes ago. Its nice to get some carbs back in ya after a while (although it did send me into a coma, I slept 10 hours last night :p )

Don't sweat it...I do it once a week....I still drop fat...just hold the water for a few days....I usually drop about 8 pounds over the weekend prior to the refeed....most of it is water.

I just got done with my refeed...I feel better when I am in ketosis anymore. I think I may go make myself puke!

Well I'm doing a 40 40 20 split. Someone told me if I can see my abs not to worry. I do see them slightly. Which I guess mean I am under 10% BF. But I know I will not get oreos anymore. Those things are too baaaaad. By the way I have had a couple of those days where I can not move. I did it when I was ketoeing. Unfortuanatly ketoeing is not for me. I did loose some wieght on it but killed my stomach. I have to keep my liver working right.
