I was reading an article on cheat meals by John Barardi. It stated that durning a period of overfeeding and having a cheat meal you would probably store carbs or the fat. It stated it also may vary on your bodytype. Anyways how would I dertermine which was burned vs. stored. This maybe a stupid question but just though I would ask since I believe I hit the wall in shredding I ate a ton of bad shyt. Chinese food w/ rice ( general tso chickent), lowfat sherbert, fruit juice, apple pie, and a box of a cereal along with some of my healthy food. This was a refeed / cheat day.

Refeed and cheat are two different things; w/ a refeed it's controlled w/ cheat it's not. If it's controlled, then you shouldn't' have much problems w/ fat gain. If it's a cheat day, you might gain some fat. Anything over BMR+activity output can lead to fat gain, i.e. 1lb. of fat = 3500cal, so if you're 3500 cal over BMR+activity= 1lb of fat gained. Of course, it's not always that easy, but it's the same concept overall.

don't worry about it man.

just tell yourself that the splurge helped you stay sane. i think the psychological benefits of occasionally 'cheating', for some people, is a very beneficial thing.

just don't let let it become a common occurence. and from your stats one can tell that you are dedicated, so you prob don't have to worry about it.
