Hey fellas (and ladies), I own Charles' book:

The Poliquin Principles: Successful Methods for Strength and Mass Development

I think this is a great book. I bought it about 4 years ago and have learned a ton from it. I was wondering if any of you own:

Winning the Arms Race

or

Modern Trends in Strength Training: Volume 1, Sets and Reps (Second Edition)

I am wondering if its worth picking these up.

Thanks

Ive got his "book" Manly Weightloss, mainly because it had the BodyComp routine and recommended diets in there which i was interested in, I literally just got it yesterday so cant say if its really any good

I was considering buying The Poliquin Principles and Modern Trends after reading excerpts from them at his site

Bump... The Poliquin Principles is a great, informative, original
read. Definitely want to know how the other one's are...Good
post.

Forgot to mention I have "Manly Weightloss" as well. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The routines don't work well for me. I am a straight up type 2b fiber person, and as a result, this endurance/giantset type training doesn't work as well for me. Some of my friends LOVE it though. To each their own I guess.
