my split routine is getting very stale and I would like to change things up and do something different.
Right now I’m doing a push and pull and leg split. I alternated usually Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and then I’ll do 1 day on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday where I do other things like ABS or cardio.
Can you recommend a different split routine that I can do really my goals are to just be a gym rat and gain more conditioning and strength.
