Child support. I wondered why my ex was being so nice lately. In Texas, the child can choose which parent to live with at 12 yrs. of age pending court approval. She will be twelve in a few months. Now she will have to pay about 800$ a month for the next 6 years. This is how it should have been in the first place.

She called me the other night sweet talking me and begging me to "Please get my daughter out of that school distric because there are very few white children there." She said let her stay with me and Rusty during the week and I will get her to you on the weekends. Now I know why she tried to pull this ploy. If I had agreed to it, I might not be awarded custody when she's twelve.
