Certified Personal Trainer

New member
I want to become a certified personal trainer.

I don't have much of a reason to becoming one besides the fact that I can and to shut other people up that already are and actually think they know what they are doing.

Which programs should I look into?

I'm looking for

1. No classroom training required (have a full time job and studying for CCIE = no time)

2. No renewal fee (I don't really want to pay out cash for something I'm not really going to be using to make cash, I already have alot of IT certs that require renewals)

3. Basically looking for a one time exam(s) based criterion for certification I don't care if the exams are difficult.

Actually scratch the no classes portion, make that limited classes. So long as they don't eat up my non-exsistant time I'm good with that. I can swing a day off work ect.. I'll just tell them its an IT thing.

no renewals? nope. not gonna happen

plus in order to renew you have to do CEC's, which cost money as well, be it in the classroom or study from home.

you can take any cert you want for a one time, but keep in mind, you can only brag on it for about a year or 2 before you have to renew.

Contact Lifetime Health and Fitness from the UK.

I did mine with them. It was fun and they are not too hard. Just have to rememer shit. But if you enjoy that stuff then its no problem. But there are class rooms for about ten day, few hours at a pop
