cashews make you gassy

I have been replacing dinner with some cashews, and it's been working good for my weight loss program, the only problem is that they
make me gas all night long, I wonder what other nuts can I have instead and not have the same problem, thanks.
 
Rather than ask - baring in mind it might be just you - go buy some and try them,

I'm also not to keen on the replacing a proper meal with a load of nuts
 
nuts are actually hard to digest

hence why you are getting gassy. if you want an awesome easy to digest fat go with avocado instead
 
It sounds like you might have a mild food sensitivity to cashews. Try a different nut such as almonds or brazil nuts or try a different fat source altogether like coconut or avocado
