Are you doing any cycle? 3k to 4k cals a day will make you very very fat and you won't gain more muscle.
You can only build 1 ounce of muscle a day and for that you need to add at much 250 calories a day to your mantenaince (Mantenaince that has to include what you expend working out of course).
If you want to bulk up and burn fat with cardio you must do a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio every day, do a low impact cardio so you can do it everyday without injuring your soft tissues, if you are going to run then do it every other day so your soft tissues have time to recover.
I did 2 hours of swiming first thing in the morning, every day for a week with empty stomach and then eat to gain muscle the rest of the day, I lost 8 pounds of fat that week.
You need to replenish your glycogen after that tho or you will lose some reps the next workout until you fill your muscles with it again.
