cardio w/ empty stomach...

I have read in many places that doing cardio w/ empty stomach is benefitial because your body will tap into your fat storage for energy faster when you are low in blood glucose.

And I am just trying to dig deeper and understand the process better.

1) Let say if you have enough blood glucose to sustain your cardio session, does that mean fat will NOT be used?

2) Does the body use glucose and fat at the same time?

3) When the body tap into the fat storage for energy during exercise, are you in Ketosis?

Thanks in advance for any help / insights.

Bro I've read alot of shit sayin how good it is to do Cardio in the morning I have also read negative things about it.Now from personal experience, I use to run all the time on an empty stomach aspecialy when I was in the military.Yes I got results, but lately I've been doin Cardio in the evening and I am still getting results better ones at that, but I have been doing alot more situp to so that has to do with some of the toning.

General concensus seems to be lately to don't run on a COMPLETE empty stomach, but first to drink 500 ml water to hydrate the cells and 10 minutes after that to eat something small and not too glycemic that will just provide enough rise to keep the brain functioning: an apple is ok

I've heard alot of shit about this as well... i used to believe that light cardio on an empty stomach was ideal... but now i just dont know anymore ...... i say ; whatever floats your boat !!! ... mine floats on an empty stomach... but thats only powerwalking..
