Cardio on test and dbol?...or bad idea..don't want to be fat foever

ok. I'm 5'11, currently 200lbs, started my cycle weighing 195, and probably 14-16% body fat.

Im taking 500mg/Enanth for 10 weeks and 20mg/dbol for 5. 1mg of liqudex during dbol, then .5mg the rest.

Now I understand that logic is to stick as much protein and fats as i can into my body, to reasure all possible growth of muscle during the cycle. But Immediately after, I'm going on a cutting cycle, and i just don't want my gut to get out of control in this cycle. I have kept cardio (joggin/bike) for 20-25 minutes 3-4 times a week since i started. I wanted to know if this cardio was going to kill my potential mass in this cycle.

I'm eating enough protein and calories by the day, and trying to cut carbs at night. The thing is i get fat very easily, and in the long run, i would rather sacrafice a few pounds of possible muscle along with the 20-25lbs of added fat it brings.

My goal is to gain as much lean mass as possible, wit some added fat i don't mind, and follow it up with a nice cutting cycle.

Is cardio completly out of the question, or ok to meet my goals?..
 
Damn good question man. Was wondering myself.
I'm doin a bulking cycle then a cutting right after. 15 week cycle in total. It's a long one.
But I'm one of those guys who looks ate food and gains weight so CARDIO IS A MUST FOR ME TO LOOSE THE LBS. Yeah I'm bulking but I want to cut after too so I choose to do CARDIO right through.
No one ever said it was bad for you.
 
30min cardio in the morning (3-4x/wk) before breakfast will do the trick in keeping the fast off while on cycle, just do it before u eat and then wait another half hour after before eating bfast. I have been able to maintain my LBM, eating the same, (off cycle even) and drop 6lbs in the past 4 weeks. I know its not alot but its the healthiest way to keep it off and stops bing eating (rapid fat loss causes decrease levels of leptin and subsequent primal urges to eat, which are Very difficult to control)
 
I'll be running a cycle like that soon getting ready for a contest. It will be Dbol, A-50, Sust250, Deca for the weeks 1-6, then weeks 4-12 it will be Primo, Winny, Test Susp., Anavar.

Doing the cardio right now is good. With the test and dbol you'll keep your strength up even though you've dropped your calories. You can still keep your carbs and fats low. Just make sure you're getting the corect fats, i.e. flax, olive oil, fish oil, one serving with each meal respectively. Then you can go straight into your cutting cycle and you'll still have the strength needed to maintain mass while cutting the fat. And with Liquidex you shouldn't put on much water. Plus after the test/dbol cycle you'll shed any extra water weight anyway.

What's the cutting cycle look like?

I agree and do this. This may be specific to me, but I get allot less bloat, have more energy and less sides if I keep my cardio going. I eat like a mofo afterwards while bulking. The increased body temp and movement is a form of active recovery as well. I have gone into overtraining a few times so keep at least one do nothing day a week.
 
thanks for advice guys..surgical, My cutting cycle is still a little undecided, but definately test/winstrol.

I may throw in some Eq, but i know i will want to reduce calories, and maybe i won['t be able to tolerate the EQ hunger unless I counter it with something. Deep down inside my heart..lol, i know that the only way for me to get cut is low cals, and of course overdosing on drugs which I won't be able to afford.

SO .....

Maybe something like Test/winstrol/Eq, and just maybe i may consider Fina...oh, and i may throw in some T3 I have left over, but i didn't get much out of it last time...
 
Cardio is a good choice as your "new" weight adds strain on your cardiovascular system...by training this you area allowing your heart to be able to keep up to some extent with your changing body....in addition u are burning calories, that may in return hinder some visual gains, those achived via bloat , etc
 
You could do either. Personally I love EQ but I've never used it during a cutting cycle. It made me vascular as hell. But if you add the fina you might notice some decrease in bf% and it will make you harder. That would be a really good combination with the Winny.

Just make sure you're running enough test so it doesn't kill your sex drive if you're going to use the fina.

I think if maintaining mass while shedding fat on a low-cal diet is your goal, then fina would be a much better choice than EQ. Nothing against EQ, but it requires caloric input to a much greater degree than fina to effectively build/maintain lean tissue. It will also be much less expensive. Definately more bang for your buck. It is also out of your sytem within a few days, as apposed to a couple of weeks.

As for the T3. I would consider adding it at 12.5 mcg/day while on fina, which lowers your T3 levels, but not rely on it for fat loss. The cardio will burn the fat, and the fina will keep the muscle.
